Approx. 7" long. Mono extension for eyes, tentacles and part of mantel.

I tied a squid this winter using EZ body tubing. Yours looks MUCH easier. Is that a long shank hook?

Both looks very good but can you cast them well?

Those long bodied flies are in my opinion very hard to cast! Congrats for those flies they look very good!;)
