At its April 2009 Meeting, the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council initiated development of Amendment 3 to the Spiny Dogfish FMP. Public scoping hearings for Amendment 3 will be conducted August 10 - 13, 2009 at four locations along the coast.
Please find attached, a scoping document that contains the issues to be addressed in the amendment as well as the schedule (dates / locations) for the scoping meetings.
