The EU (European Union of Countries) may have the key to stop world-wide fishing violations. They are the largest consumers of fish in the world and they are apparently, determined to stop illegal fishing worldwide and have the financial clout to do it too. Below is a link to a UTube video on the EUs plans to stop fishing pirates. It will not happen overnight but, is a step in the right direction.
