Montauk, 10/30/09

Fished 7:30 - 11:30 am and 2:00 to 5:00 pm in rip and south side. Gorgeous day after morning clouds cleared. Spotty fishing, though some bass showed in afternoon. Ended up with mostly blues, some bass to 26" and 2 birds -- all on flies. Getting down to the last little bit, I'm afraid.

Anyone been out there today (Nov 2nd)? It just seems a little too early for it to end and the temperatures are still somewhat mild for the most part.
