I am in search of two guides for a group of 4 people that is going to head down to Cape Lookout, NC in the beginning of November. If anybody has any information that will be of help I would really appreciate it.
Thanks for the help...

There are several good guides that work the Lookout area during albacore season. Only problem is, early November is when they'll all likely be booked solid. I'd try one of the following (some are guides, some store owners, some motel owners), but likely the best they'd be able to do is to give you a referral to another guide. Note, though, that if fish are there, the difference between a good guide and a less-than-good one is slight. When the fish are scarce is when the good guides really shine.

Rob Pasfield 252-728-3907 (Rob has several guides lined up);
George Beckwith 252-249-3101
Donnie Hatcher 252-728-3575
Tyler Stone 888-325-4285
Sam Sellers 252-728-3735
Joe Shute 252-240-1427
Bryan DeHart 252-473-1575
Jack Eudy 252-537-1386
Lee Parsons 910-791-0949
Good luck

Buzz,
You're just a regular Chamber of Commerce for the Cape Lookout albacore fleet! I still owe you a dinner for the exactly correct information you gave me last year. I'm all booked in for the week of Nov 6 thru 10 this year so maybe we can make that dinner then?

Yeah Peter, My plan is to get enough boats there to create a log jam, and then I can hop from boat to boat, without needing to put mine in the water.
I expect I'll be around then. Drop me a line closer to fall and we'll try and get together.
