Swift river fishable?

Looks like the flow is a little below 50 cfs...and the high for tomorrow is supposed to break the freezing mark and be 33! Just got a new Sage rod and it is itching to ply some flowing water. Anyone been past there lately or walked up to the Y?

Been there a few times over the past 2 months. It was running super low the last few times I fished it but was definitely fishable. I did bag a few rainbows every trip made all the way up to the Y pool despite the frigid cold :)
