Evening High tide had fish breaking on the surface. Creeks chub seemed to work well for the guy I was watching, I stopped in on a whim after plugging a bit in the canal and did not have anything they wanted. I'll go back tomorrow with the fly rod.

Old harbor, Scortons, navigation road and of course the Barnstable Harbor and it's marshes are my usual haunts. Tide makes such a difference in these spots that a report now sorry to say doesn't do much for the weekend crowd.
