OK, this is probably going to get a bunch of laughs from you guys but here it goes. My dad a comercial fisherman (dragger) for practically all his life usually brings me some bait from time to time. He tries getting fresh Mackerel and sometimes Sea Herring. We'll yesterday he tells me he's brought me the best fish food there is, tiny octupus. They are anywhere from 12 - 14 inches in size perfect for a hook.
I know this will probably not work but I was wondering if anyone has tried or seen anyone use this for bait? They look like they will sit perfectly on the hook and with the right technique, I bet you can make it look like there still live. Let me know if any have seen, heard, or tried this before.
Thanks
