Scornton Creek slinging meat

6am-11am. Water was like glass till 10am. Sand
eels everywhere. Bass hitting the surface everywhere. Landed 5 fish largest was 29, smallest about 24. As some have noted before hardly any birds.

Hello Clark,

What does that mean "hardly any birds?" I'm a novice that just started fishing. Were you in a boat, offshore or in a kayak? What did you use for bait?
