Anyone fished in Greece?

I'm heading to Greece in September and fiancee (wife to be) has given me the OK to plan a day of fishing (Mediterranean).

Curious if anyone here has and experiences in Greece, had any recs on where or what to target, etc. Open to any method of fishing.

We'll be in Mykonos, Santorini, and Athens.
