I have heard you can dye your bright silver lead split. Anyone have "the way"?

if you just looking to make it dark, put it into a cup of vinegar overnight. they will turn very dark

What about bright orange?

Did the vinegar thing, while not black they are certainly muted.
I don't know the alchemy to turn lead into bright orange (other than paint), and would rather have the fish biting the fly.
