HIGH BAR HARBOR

I am looking for info on high bar harbor for fly fishing. I went there sunday morning when the wind kicked up and found a littlke shelter on the bay side but no fish. Then I walked a little on the ocean side and found millions of fiddler crabs and mosquitos and It was a high tided and there was a very defined rip but unracheble with the tide the way it was. I found sod banks and even a man made teepee, who knows what lives there. Thanks a lot
