Help, I have had no luck with magazines websites, DR tourist info, nada. Although two guys are saying that they regularly fish in the mangrove marshes for 200+ lb tarpon, i'm not equiped yet for that fight with my 9' 9wt, looking for bones, permit and small tarpon, anyone with info, promise to sen you a DR cigar if the info is right on and nearby the flats in PUNTA CANA at the MElia Tropical resort.... Dying for fish in Chicago, the steelhead run is over, waiting for spring. I should have never moved from Maui.....
