Long Island Western South Shore 7/31
Bass showed for about 30 mins in the inlet (jones) yesterday morning once the outgoing got cranking. Tons of bait outside tight to the beach with nothing but bluefish on them .. I was kind of surprised there were no spanish mackerel, false albacore or bonita on the bait but maybe the new moon will change that. Loads of small bluefish inside the bay ..great fun with the 7 wt.
