Register for the FREE SURF FISHING SEMINAR with Dr. Bogus on Saturday, November 5th at 10:00am. The fair weather location is Western Ocean Regional Access in Emerald Isle. The rainy weather site is at the EI Community Center/Parks and Recreation Building.
