Skeptical, but yes

Like most of you, I'm skeptical about the (mis)use of funds. Any referendum or bill should specify the funds should go to enforcement or direct fisheries management. In order to properly put a value on the resource and the industry it supports, we must be counted.

Facts!

1) We are all going to have to pay a tax/fee etc. to fish in salt water...FACT!
2) The money will either go to the State or the Feds...FACT!
3) There will be a listing of all recreational fishermen that will be available through the Freedom of information act...FACT
4) For the first time ever the recreational fishermen will be able to organize and have an influential voice in the care and use of our salt water resources...FACT
5) If and how this political power is utilized is the only reality that is up for discussion...FACT!

I am ok with it but they should make them available at agents and
Sporting goods stores. I am a procrastinator and just want it easier
