2012 RI Saltwater Fishing Regs Announced
The 2012 Rhode Island recreational regulations have been set for the following inshore species:

Fluke (summer flounder):
Bag limit increased by 1 fish; now 8 per day.
Minimum size: 18.5″.
Season: May 1 to December 31
