Cape Fly Shops for Monomoy Rips and Flats
I am looking for a good fly shop on the cape that has flies for the Monomoy flats and rips.
I have found the shops in the Boston area are good for the squid flies but not much else in terms of stealthy, lightly dressed flies for the flats.
I know of Goose Hummock but I would be interested in other opinions/options.
Thanks in advance.
Dom

Another vote for Fishing The Cape!
The manager, Chris, is a avid flyfisherman and top notch fly tyer and a number of guides who fish Monomoy book thru the shop, so the shop always has current info on whats going on.The shop also has a great selection of flies and flyfishing gear.
P.S. I don't work there. I'm just one of thier very satisfied customers

I'll echo Fishing the Cape. Check out their locally tied sparse flies, they're expensive but worth it. You'll want very sparse sand eel imitations for Monomoy, their clousers work great.

best fly shop I know of is Top Rod, now called North Chatham Bait and Tackle. Joe ties all his own flies and a lot of flies for shops around town. His hours are sporadic though
