After yesterdays gong show I had a ton of calls to get sports out on the water. Two regulars ScottNE and Rob T teamed up for a quick 4 hour tour. It was a slow start with the big moon and wind keeping the tide from starting as quickly as I expected. That and almost zero birds compared to yesterdays massive flocks. Dispite the change of conditions Scott worked the spinning rod and Rob the fly to perfection. I figured out the pattern and we had about 3 hours of "fish per cast" action with the average size running 32-34" and several 35-36" class fish to keep it exciting.
