using the conoe withanded kayak loading

Hi, All-
I finally decided to give up on dealing with loading the canoe with one bad arm.
Now i have a kayak and the problem is not as serious but still clumsy and risky. I already wrenched my elbow and my shoulder's not too happy either.
I can sort of drag it off the J racks if I use a step stool, but getting it back up on them is really sloppy.
Anyone have experience with this kind of problem?

Thanks for any help.

I forget the names but there are a couple of devices that could help you. Try a search one kayak loaders.

Yeah there's actually an easy to use loader by Rhino rack (I works with pretty much all roof racks (you can check it here: http://www.carid.com/rhino-rack/naut...ak-lifter.html ). There is a small winch and it lifts the kayak using the sliding rails. You can use it even with one hand so it's quite a good option.
