New ride.

After a couple of frustrating seasons due to a fuel tank issue, I decided it was time to stop throwing money into that water hole. Picked up the new boat today, 18' May Craft with a 90 etec on it. Was able to get it up to 34 mph during the water test. Spent the afternoon transferring stuff from the old boat, finding spot for stuff and adding a few accessories Ran out of day, and tomorrow morning I have some volunteer work to do. Look for Santa in his new sleigh on the south side Tuesday afternoon. Boat is a very light green hull. Wednesday I'll be giving the Mrs a ride in Barnstable Harbor.

Looks good Bob. I can't be sure just from a picture.......

On another good "boat" news issue......my flats boat, sitting on a trailer in my friend's yard in Miami, which I was emotionally prepared to lose altogether to Irma, came through intact and without damage.

Very nice. I'm sure there will be a lot of lobster, stripers, blues and funny fish in its future.

Enjoy.

Was able to get out this afternoon for its maiden voyage. Nice breeze picked up from the SW, which gave it a good test on the return trip to port. Saw a few fish splashes but the hard core guys had either left or were leaving.

Very nice Bob. Looks like years of trouble free boating in your future.
