Who's going this year?

My friend and I are heading down for the 2nd year to Beaufort/Cape Lookout area in a few weeks, planning to fish 11/8 thru 11/13. Anyone else gonna be around there then? Any interest in pre-arranging cell phone and/or other methods of communication to share intel? PM if interested.
Bob

Thumbs up Harkers albies

I just returned from three days of fishing, and it was AWESOME! The big fish were just moving in, and it should only get better. As a matter of fact, I am planning a second trip now. You will not be disappointed. Good luck! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, I've done the trip seven times from here with boat in tow.

Be there at the Fishing Center 3rd thru the 14th. I'm a card carrying member of Albacore Anonymous that meet every year on the HOOK for a twelve step program that so far has failed to wean us off of Fat Alberts.

OK. I'm pretty sure I've seen him on the Vineyard before. Does he always wear a Buff?

We haven't seen him here yet, though.

Thanks for the info.

Too Fly-
Sorry I didn't see your post 'til after I got home. I had no internet access while down there. I think I did see you out there the end of the week. When the fish are spread out and/or migrating fast through the area, it helps a lot to be connected to others so you can cover more water. That's why I started this post, and that's what the guide community does.

Anybody else going to Harker's this year? Weather permitting, I'll be fishing Oct. 21 thru Oct. 29. I'd love to hear from anyone who will be around during that time to share intel.

Been out 5 days. First 3 were terrible after torrential rain last week. Didn't see an albie. Yesterday was pretty good, today was slow. So far, the albies we've seen and caught are huge.
