Fishing in the Destin area?

If anyone could supply any information regarding fly fishing in the Destin or Ft Walton Beach areas, I would be grateful. I will be in the area in mid-November and would like to do some fly fishing in the bays, etc. I'm a Midwestern Fly fisher who is a rookie in the salt. Any information about guides would be particularly helpful. Thanks.

Obviously it's too late to give you any advice but I hope you had some luck. I was just down there in mid January and my only day on the water was calm, warm, and no bait, so no fish. Oh well, sometimes it happens. I'm from Michigan but spend about 3 weeks per year fishing the area. Best bets are the jetties at east past, Santa Rosa Sound, and anywhere you can find grass in the bays.
