Bonefish Fly Lines

I am headed down south for my first bonefish trip this winter. I am looking for some reviews on fly lines.....any preferences? Thanks in advance.
Matt.

RE: Bonefish Fly Lines

Matt

I am rigging up a 7-weight rod I'm building and have been looking at some new lines too.

I have Orvis lines on all my spools now(7), including Bonefish Wonderline. It's good line, but I really see no difference compared to other lines.

I think I am going to go with Airflo's new line, 7000TS. I spoke with several guides who really like it. They offer several floating lines for Bones. I'm going with the clear intermediate for early season stripers here in New England.

Good luck with the Bones. Bring very good polarized glasses, you can't cast to them if you don't see em`.
