I would like to exchange Caribe/Mex info posted 2000.01.06

i used to travel quite a bit from boston to the islands and mexico and would keep a log of my fishing there.....i would mostly go on my own searching for spots and sometimes i would have luck and a lot of times not! but it sure beat being in the snow and cold.

i am going to start taking some short 4n/5d trips in the next few months and would like to know if anyone out there has been fishing on the islands and some detailed info about spots....i will try to help you if i have fished a particular island and have any info....deal?

i mostly fly fish now but take the spinning in case the winds or conditions do not permit flyfishing.

and...not exactly an island but... playa.del.carmen south of cancun....any help appreciated...

actually any island will do...if i can get a 4 or 5 night charter flight out....
