Inshore ocean temperature sites?

Does anyone know of a web site to get inshore or near inshore ocean temperatures? I am especially interested in the NE coast. I know of a couple of sites (see below) but they don't seem to have what I'm looking for, though others might be interested.

NOAA used to maintain a really good one on their interactive weather page http://iwin.nws.noaa.gov/iwin/graphicsversion/rbigmain.html but they dumped it last year.

There is still one done by the national weather service http://www.nws.fsu.edu/buoy/ne.html with ocean buoy readings, but buoys are sometimes out of service, don't give sea temperatures or are too far out for those of us fishing from shore.
There is also a gulfstream temperature site at http://www.smartangler.com/gulfstream/Default.htm but again, it doesn't seem to do the job (but people who fish offshore might find it really useful).

Any ideas?

There is a nice water temperature satellite imaging site (sponsored by Rutgers I believe) that I've been using for the past 2 years. Water temps are color-mapped for many locations on the eastern seaboard. Green is the magic color for stripers ;-). Only problem is that the satellite cannot penetrate cloud cover so you have to pick days/hours when wx conditions are clear for best data. But that's a pretty minor issue.

Anyway, I have the URL at home (I'm not there now) and will post when I get the chance unless someone else does.
