West Wall Parking issue

The Narr. Town Hall meeting this evening will not be discussing West Wall issues. I will keep you posted once it does come up. Previously I had posted that it would be discussed and after checking this week found out that it won't be.

Bissel Cove will, however, be discussed this evening at North Kingstown High School.

Thanks for letting us know. I'd like to attend the WW meeting when it comes up, if I can. Just out of curiosity, where's Bissell Cove and what's the issue there?

Sorry about the delay on this, but you can find Bissel Cove on a chart in the area north of Rome point in N. Kingstown. The issue is access to the "hummocks" area in the vicinity, which has a history of public use. Kenney Abrames' public access bulletin board discusses (www.stripermoon.com).
The meeting the other night was a discussion of the title since 1862, and didn't really shed too much light on the issue. I asked to be put on the mailing list for future discussions and will share results if I can make the meetings.
I'm also keeping an eye on the WW issue, checking the council agendas to make sure it doesn't slip by us.

OK Tim no problem. I'll try to attend hearing if I can get some advance notice. Will keep an ear to stripermoon site as well. Let's not let some hastily arranged midnight resolution pull the rug out from under our WW parking access. I suggest all with an interest in this stay tuned and let their voice be heard in the hearing, whenever it is announced.
