Acording to Al Fishstory (ledger)they are gonna introduce a bill next month to enable anglers to keep one fish between 24-28" , and one > 28"..
I think this stinks, but time will tell....

The way it was explained to me was 1 fish between 24" and 28". Then one additional fish over 36". This was for CT.
I usually release 99% of what I catch anyway.
