info on Costa Rica?

Hi there,

I am a flyfisherman from the Netherlands and planning a trip to Cost Rica in April.
As I am going with my girlfriend this will not be a fishingtrip only... But we are going there for 5 weeks I will have time enough for fishing. My plan is to do some fishing from the beach maybe go out with a boat (if available) for some days. Is there anyone who can tell me something about fishing from the beach in Costa Rica? Where to go, what kind of fish to expect, can I rent a boat (not an $ 500 charter boat please), what kind of rod/line/flies to take with me...etc. Information on both sides east cost and west coast are welcome...
