Question Monomoy Trip-Are you going?

I'm going on Saturday and was wondering what other kayakers were planning on attending. Also, list if its your first trip (it's mine) or if you've been there before.

See you Saturday morning at 7:00.

I'll be there
I've been to Monomoy about a dozen times so far... all with the yak.

All are welcome but if you are going, please email Ray so that he can plan ahead for the first round at Squire's

Here is the trip info http://reel-time.com/forum/showthrea...threadid=27170

Once again, yaks launch at 7:00.

Hope to see you there

Thumbs up I'll be there

Hi... I'll be there Saturday morning @ 0700 ready to put my Yak in with the rest of you guys. I'm bringing my Red Pamlico excell ( So I'll be the one paddling the huge barge). Where are you guys parking and putting in so I can hook up with you?

Also, I'm planning on bringing 2 lines ( a teeny 350 sinking & an Intermediate) & I'm tying up some flourocarbon leaders (I hear they're pretty leader shy out there. I'm planning on 9 ft 15lb flourocarbon...Is that too lite? Also I've tied up a few green over white clousers and some white deceivers. I hope that should do the trick.

So I'm planning on prerigging and starting out with a 9 wt rod, intermediate line, 9 ft 15 lb flourocarbon leader & a white deceiver on a 2/0 hook. Do you think that'll work or do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks & looking forward to hooking up with you guys.
Pete

We will park on the causeway immediately south of Outermost Harbor Marina. Look for a Blue Explorer with a yellow yak... that will be me
