COLDWATER VS. WARMWATER FLYLINES

HEY REEL TIMERS,
I UNDERSTAND THAT A COLDWATER LINE IS EASIER TO CAST IN THE EARLY SEASON WHEN THE WATER IS COLDER. AS WELL AS A WARMWATER LINE IS MORE EFFECTIVE IN A TROPIC CLIMATE LIKE THE BAHAMAS. THIS BEING SAID, DOES ANYONE CHANGE TO A WARMWATER LINE AS THE SEASON PROGRESS INTO LATE SUMMER HERE IN THE NORTHEAST? OR DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE ARE TEMPERATURE RANGES(AIR/WATER} THAT LINE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMEND FOR THE USE OF A WARMWATER LINE VS. A COLDWATER LINE.
JUST CURIOUS,
BILLY
