LOOP Traditional 3W or 4 for striped bass ??

Hi,

I am a strong believer of the Swedish LOOP reels. They have almost no drag (just an overun prventing system) and very large open large arbor design.

Would these reels perform well for Striped Bass or do I need to buy a reel with a real drag system.

The capacity of the 3W is about 200 yds #30 + WF10 and the 4 holds about 250 yds #30 + WF12.

Thanks in advance.
