Are you planning to go out by boat or on foot? If on foot, buy the Cape Cod real estate atlas, it lists town landings and you can park near there unless posted. If by boat, I assume you can park where you launch, especially if there's a fee for launching based on observation of such areas while scouting shore fishing spots.
