Fished last night looking for the elusive big cow. I found no cow, but did run into a steady diet of bluefish. Some were quite big. I was not that far out........ If you chum it, they will come.....
I have found some big blues on the outside as well. We were not chumming, but I bet you are right about that part bringing them in. They are fun the catch!
