RE: Nice Board Folks!!!!
I had some unbelievable fishing this past weekend in New York City actually. I was fishing with Capt Ralph Burtis (he's sponsoring RT this season).
We were fishing with Luyen (seen on this board, he may have already posted this?) too and we put about 12 - 14 bass in the boat between 25 and 30 inches. I had no idea there was striper fishing this early in the year, but Ralph had the whole thing wired. The first bass of the millenium was awesome. I had forgotten how hard some of 'em pull -- I know that sounds like a cliche but its true.
Thanks Ralph!
Anyone else finding some bass around New York? These were definitely ocean fish; they had sea lice all over them.
