Cat Island, Bahamas

We're heading down to Cat Island at the end of May for a week of fishing and relaxing. We'll have a guide for at least two days, but a lot of the fishing will be on our own. We're staying at Fernandez Bay Village.

Does anyone have any experience at Cat. Any flats we should hit at particular tides? Any favorite flies that work at Cat? Do the flies run as large as 2 and 4's as in Andros or should I drop to 6 and 8's? Etc.

Any input would be appreciated.
