Fly Rod / Reel for sale

I am selling my back up fly rod and reel. If you are interested please let me know.

rod - Orvis Trident TL mid flex 9 weight 8'6". Rod was used one day and only cast in the salt for 5 or 6 casts. It is as close to brand new as you can get without calling it brand new.

reel - Orvis battenkill large arbor. 7 - 9 wt (i think, it is the largest you can get). Reel is the same boat as the rod. Used once in the salt and only about 5 or 6 casts. The reel has the orvis sinking line and a floating line.

I don't remember what i paid for the rod ( i think it cost me 350), but paid 250 for the reel and 60 bucks for the line.

I can send it back to orvis and get my money back, but that just doesn't sit well with me. So If you are interested please im me and we can chat.
