RE: Maritime skiff

Hi...
Where are you located? I was supposed to go out for a test ride on a 20ft deep model here in NJ and I am just waiting for some nasty weather to crop up to do so. If you want to join me, there is one in the water near me...

RE: Maritime skiff

Have driven the 18 Maritime and it handles a chop real well. It is a very nice running boat. Having said that, it is also a thin glass, very light hull and I have questions about it's durability. I know of a few hulls that had gel coat cracks and enough damage that they had to be replaced. This was supposed to be caused by workmanship in a plant no long used in R.I. I looked long and hard at them before deciding to buy a Parker 18.
