Hudson River???

Any news on stripers in the Hudson? I am new to owning a boat and don't want to get in over my head or step on toes. I will likely be heading out from Piermont and wondered if there were any spots I could reach from that point that might hold some bass on a fly possibilities. Any info would be great.

Thanks
Brian

RE: Hudson River???

You could try right off the tip of the "pier" ( more like a dirt road ). A small rip forms there, and I know people do well there in the spring and fall. Its pretty close to home too.
