Bait arrival sequence

Gentlemen, I will be fishing the RI.CT. border area sporadically in April, May and June. ( Little Narragansett Bay area west to Fishers Island sound and its coves )
The question is, " Which baits do i need to imitate for each of those months." I would really appreciate knowing the sequence.

Sandeels will be around for much of the season...so bring something for that (if you're fishing the beach areas). Otherwise, there will be herring and squid around for about the first 2/3 of the time you mention, so bring something for that as well.

You can use clams anytime through those months too. Also, there's a worm hatch in june, so...
