Big Blow....Where to go???

Ok,

I have to admit, the great elusive Bluefin Tuna was getting a little easy to find. It rocked out yesterday and is still blowing like stink. SW at 30plus here on the bay. My guess with the sheer numbers and abundance of bait....they are still swarming Cape Cod Bay. But a little bit of me would like a good old fashion hunt (not too big) for some packed up agressive fish

Hopefully the SW pushed them back north so I don't have to run 40nm to get at them

perhaps its time?

to practice what we promised and fire up the old Cessna for some light tackle tuna spot, parachute, tag and release?

On a more serious note - its a fair assumption that wherever you left them is not where they will be after 3 days of wind...

As it looks like I will headed to CCB (finally) on saturday, I can pretty much guarantee the fish will have moved to some other spot and the fishing in CCB will suck. You've all been warned.

Round Two...

Once again, I am helping the RT community with positive reports and Tagging Tuna for the Palegics lab and you are useless. For the record, the plane was used at the beginning of the week and many benefited (including some very popular guides on this site as well). It certainly wasn't needed for the rest of the week. We found em & tagged em up.....What did you do? Oh ya, you sat around and read my posts.
