need advice on the Caribbean in February

I'm looking for advice on a place to go in the Caribbean in February, where my wife can hang out on the beach and I can fish and/or kayak. We're looking for something informal, instead of a big resort hotel. Thanks for the help.

Hi, i have not been yet but take a look at www.bonefishadventure.com they seem to do a friendly informal package. they are uk based but i dont see why anyone cant meet them on Eleuthera.
I am taking a package holiday to Cuba over xmas and will report on flyfishing on my return from Guardalavaca.
There seems to be lots of flyfishers looking for fishing opportunities on holiday ,I would like to ask other members to please post reports of their experiences.
