4/1 - Tides at Rocks Village Bridge? / Cashman

Could anyone tell me the variance in tide between Rock's village bridge in Newbury and downtown Newburyport? For example, high tide today in Newburyport is at 12:09 PM. When should it be at Rock's Village?

Also, anyone know when they put the floats in at Cashman?
