I was at the Bourne town hall yesterday and permits are not yet officially
on sale. They said they will make a decision next week as to when they go on
sale.
Meanwhile, stopped by the Bournedale run yesterday. Nothing in evidence when
I was there, other than a lot of floating debris. Middleboro and Wareham runs
are jammed with herring.
