John, he will not e-mail you. I've been following this Downing guy on line for about 4 years, allegedly fishing the same areas as he. Never actually seen him, nor do I know anyone who has.
I've come to the conclusion that he does not exist. Some sort of *bot that generates fishing-related content is my best guess.
