4/3 Jim: I too tried the Cole's River on the 29th and again on the first, but didn't have any luck either. Saw a cormorant on the first and also a Lion's Mane jellyfish but no bait. Last year my first fish (a holdover) was on the 28th of March. I seem to only have luck with clousers on the high end of the out going tide and when the water gets shallower Ray's fly does the trick all on an intermediate line. Any other sinking line and I catch all the weed on the bottom especially below the 103 bridge. I may try Tiverton over the weekend if the wind stays civilized. Se ya around Ron
