It's late July and welcome to a fresh, spanking clean board.
The usual instructions will follow.

Subject: The Board -- July 28
Greetings Reel-Timers. The board was groaning under 900 postings, so, despite my desire to keep it running until the end of the month, popular demand dictated that I flush it into the archive which I have done. ARCHIVE IS HERE.
Here are the rules for those of you just joining us.
1. Don't be a flamer. There aren't any "sarcasm" keys on your keyboard. Attacking fellow Reel-Timers, getting into interminable discourses about catch-and-release ethics, commercial fishing, sub-humans who fish with hand grenades, calling each other liars ..... Don't do it. This is a place for swapping fishing stories, tackle reviews, asking questions and making observations.
2. Put the date of your post in the subject line. Yes, this board has its quirks, and one of the main quirks in the inability to sort messages by date. A date in the subject makes it easier for your fellow users to figure out what is going on and when.
3. Use a real name and email address when posting. First name, last initial is fine, but full name is better. I can tolerate nicknames to a point. Just be forewarned, this board has a history of trouble makers who hide behind anonymity or bad nicknames.
4. Press the "Post Message" button ONLY ONCE. Be patient, your message is being written.
That's it! Have fun and tight lines!
