The Florda folks have the names pretty well messed-up, but it's easy to figure it out when you see them side by side.
Dave: From a boat, I almost exclusively use a fast-sink line. The 350 gr. should do fine, and yes, clousers are my fly of choice for their sinking action. The other thing I forgot to mention about retrives is that if you know there are bones about, don't hesitate to blind cast for them. The retrieve I use is the same one I use for stripers and blues; single handed 6-8inch strips at moderate to slow speed.
