Take the Garden State Parkway to the Avalon exit , head toward the beaches...pull off under the second bridge....park on the north side of the road....walk back to the bay...fish the shadow lines created by the bridge lights at night on the outgoing to low tide. you can also work the sod banks if you hear the small blues or weakies busting on the baitfish. If nothing is happening there you can drive a mile or so to the eighth street jetty and fish there for weakies or blues....There have been many tiderunners caught at that back bay this year.
You can also try the jetties in Cape May Point another 20 minutes south. they have been producing pretty well on the higer tides.
