Info on MAshnee Flats?

I'm taking a friend out for his second attempt at stripers on the fly (his first attempt was not successful). I'm thinking of trying Mashnee Flats since previous reports were of plenty of schoolies (perfect ofr his first real fish). Does anyone have suggestions on which tide and where to park?
